California Top
The California Top was a ’84 bug stripped of its roof and reinforced with quite some pounds of steel. It featured bright yellow safety color, a front duck and – of course – no roof or cover .For when it actually did rain, I added four strategically placed holes in the floor panels.
California Top refers to cars that have no roof or cover whatsoever, so they can only be driven in Southern California without getting wet…
